But perhaps most importantly, the struggles they go through if they don't 'make it'. Max believes there is a duty of care from sports associations, clubs and coaches to make sure those kids at least have they basics they need to move into adult life, because as we all know in elite sport, only the very few are lucky enough to go pro.
